With the objective to preserve our customer’s well-being and comfort, John Richard makes appointments on regular basis to perform furniture maintenance on site. During the visits the furniture is inspected, regulated and adjusted for integrity, quality and safety purposes. In case of damage or other abnormalities, pieces of furniture are immediately replaced.

Customer Service 24x7

In case of any problems with the rented furniture, John Richard offers a 24x7 Customer Service. A team is always on duty to immediately perform maintenance or replace the furniture.

Layout assistance
